Testimonials from Howard County Residents
“Mark and his crew are EXCEPTIONAL. They run an absolutely smooth operation. Their professional and punctuality is only surpassed by the quality of their work and honesty and transparency. There is never a hidden markup with Mark. Mark and his crew have completely gutted and redone our kitchen, installed some custom woodworking throughout our house and finished a basement bedroom/hallway/walk-in closet. We were always happy with end product. He listens and makes every effort to make his clients’ vision come to fruition. I’m looking forward to seeing his work in our master bathroom in a few weeks.”

What Our Customers Say
We treat each one of our clients with the respect and attention we would hope for our own family members. Here are some of the wonderful reviews they’ve been kind enough to leave for us.

My favorite example of their work philosophy came one morning when I asked Matt if I could have a switch moved to the other side of the door. I thought it would be better and make his tiling job easier as the switch wouldn't have to be tiled around. He told me that his job was to get me the kitchen I wanted and my job was not to make his job easier. They were professional and respectful of our space and we are 100% satisfied.

1. They had an aggressive timeline and they stuck to their schedule. When we got a quote from them they said that they estimated it taking three week, and they took three weeks. This included all the work in the home.
2. They came in on budget. The final cost of the kitchen was what they quoted us originally. The allowances for materials were reasonable and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. When small things came up during the project they helped fix it without charging extra (such as moving a light fixture) Note: our project was well defined and we did not increase the scope.
3. They cleaned every day. We were living in our home during the renovation and they did an amazing job of cleaning up the space every single day. The rest of our house was not affected by dust and project debris.
Overall this experience was way better than anything we could have hoped for. We would 100% recommend them in a heartbeat and we will be looking for excuses to use them again.

After an extensive check of several vendors I selected the Andersen team because they made it clear my vision was the priority, and they had many ideas and options that showed they understood my style and what was trending in the business. Mark was the point person for my design and contract. He was flexible, honest regarding what would work or might not, and thorough in all aspects. He had a lot of suggestions and good advice all of which I needed and appreciated. He put no pressure on me to sign a contract and was very responsive when I had a question. I was pleasantly surprised about the supply vendors Andersen worked with – for stone, backsplash tile, floors, etc. Their supply partners had extensive high quality product options and provided me excellent customer care and advice on design. They were very patient with the decisions (and multiple visits) I made to look at products and get samples while trying to complement all parts of the kitchen. The actual work could not have gone any better. Matt #1 and Matt #2 were the multi-skilled crew responsible for the build. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and I was impressed with how well they worked together and problem solved. They started on time each day, protected my property, worked efficiently and diligently, and cleaned up after themselves. Each day I received an update on the progress made and next steps. The plumbers and electricians Andersen works with were equally pleasant and considerate. The custom built shaker cabinets and the little perks (lazy susan, roll out spice rack, sliding pull-out drawers, plant shelves, soft closing drawers and doors, etc.) are fantastic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The work took about 3.5 weeks and was completed on schedule. My new kitchen is exactly what I envisioned. I smile every time I walk into the kitchen. Thank you Andersen team.

Right from the start, Mark listened attentively to what we envisioned while providing expert feedback based on his experience. From the first day that the project started, the Andersen team set up their workspace in such a well-organized manner while providing protective covering as needed. Everyone we met on the Andersen team was professional and courteous.
The attention to detail was evident. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is impeccable – it is exactly what we had envisioned. The custom cabinet results were far superior to the prefabricated options we had explored, and the cost was surprisingly comparable.
We had a very tight deadline for our project, and we were worried that this project could run over. We were so relieved to find that the Andersen group has an excellent method of managing projects. In fact, the inspections and all other related tasks ran like clockwork. The efficiency with managing the project also meant that the initial quote matched the final cost.
Our new kitchen will be the center of many future gatherings with family and friends, and the Andersen team helped make it happen.

They are on-time, courteous, extremely clean & very trustworthy. You won't be disappointed using them.
